The operations lead (Internally known as an area manager) will report to the Operations Manager who is supportive and supports your career development. The Operations Lead (Area Manager) will have 6 direct reports known as OSHC Coordinators. About the Organisation: Career development and progression pathways Extensive training and onboarding with ongoing support Providing a supportive, inclusive, and safe environment The organisation provides generous resource budgets Providing high staff to children ratio Finer details: $90,000- $95,000 per annum super Services are located in the Mildura region Lead strong teams across 6 well established services Work phone and laptop will be provided Flexible hours (work across all 6 services) About the role: Support the development and improvement of your team The role will provide ongoing training, mentoring, and support to Coordinators Be responsible with the stakeholder management across services You will leader the quality and compliance across services alongside your Coordinator This role will be an escalation point for feedback and/or grievances You will be responsible of rostering and financials. Mentor and support Coordinators and Educators in quality and compliance for OSHC About you: Experience working in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) or Early Years Education Passionate about providing ongoing support and development Great communication and organsiational skills Qualification in Early Years and/or OSHC desirable but not required First aid, CPR, WWCC, Identify and Respond to Young People at Risk Does this sound like something you’re interested in?
